How to Make Fermented Fruit Drink at Home!
1️⃣ Prepare Ingredients:
Fresh fruits (choose your favorites like apples, pears, pineapples, grapes...).
Fruit fermentation powder.
Sugar or honey (to taste).
Clean glass jars with airtight lids.
2️⃣ Steps:
Wash the fruits thoroughly, cut them into small pieces, and place them in the glass jar.
Add fruit fermentation powder (1 tablet = 4 liters).
Pour clean water to submerge the fruits, leaving some space at the top to prevent overflow.
3️⃣ Fermentation:
Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place.
Let it ferment for 3-5 days (depending on the type of fruit), stirring gently each day for even fermentation.
4️⃣ Completion:
When it has a light fragrance and a natural sweet-sour taste, strain the liquid and store it in the refrigerator.
